Anosmatic is characterized by loss of scent. Due to the close relation between scent and taste, this also impacts taste. Strong unpleasant odors, caustic fumes, or burns to the nose can cause anosmia.

Anosmia has a 100% penalty on all rolls requiring scent and a 50% penalty on all rolls requiring taste. Can be cured with intermediate healing.
