Count Velsima is a vampire and Vazi general. She was one of the three generals who overtook the city of Vrakovia in the Vazi invasion of 774. Among the three generals, she has by far the most advanced mind magic. She controls an army of thousands, and it is said nobody is capable of resisting her command.
Velsima was one of the founders of the Vazi. She built the alliance to create a force powerful enough to enslave all non-vampires and bring about a golden age for vampire-kind. Her army, most commonly referred to as Slaves of Death, is feared for many reasons. Chief among them is that you will be absorbed into it if you’re left on the battlefield alive.
Velsima is ranked third among the Vazi leadership.
