Fireglass is a performance art that incorporates fire magic into dance. The performer dances on a stage of sand, and creates a glass scuplture through their movements. Some performers will impress the audience by climbing to the top of a very tall sculpture, or bridging over the audience. The most talented performers can complete the entire performance without ever producing a visible flame, while also enhancing the properties of their sculpture with dazzeling light refractions.
