Gome is tha capital city of Ublen. It is by far the largest city with a majorty goblin population, and is situated right on top of a mana spring. Goblin shamans and wizards use the mana flowing from the spring to perform all sorts of feats of wonderful, crazy experiments, and occasionally on modern comforts.
The empegog (Goblin for emperor) is Julius Cesag.
