An invisibility outfit consists of a cloak and boots. The outfit has a dark silver interior and the exterior appears like whatever is behind it with a faint shimmer. The cloak can be wrapped around an object to make it invisible, or worn with the boots to make the wearer invisible.
Perceiving an object or creature hidden by the invisibility outfit happens at a -4 penalty. An object hidden by the cloak can not be perceived passively.
