Electric mana (aka lightning or spark mana) is mana converted into an arc of electricity.
Electric mana is used by some creatures to shock prey and others to shock predators.
Electric spells are used by some engineers to power heavy machinery, but only in short intervals as using mana in this way can deplete it very quickly. Powerful electric mages can electrocute a crowd or trigger a thunderstorm.
Electric deals shock damage and can also deal burn damage.
Springs
Electric mana originates from electric springs, which take the form of powerful and highly active permanent thunderstorms. Electric strikes the ground rapidly and arcs to any conductive surface nearby. Electric springs are class 2, dangerous but survivable by experts.
