Forgebreaker Clan
Forgebreaker clan members are closely tied and very loyal to each other. They take care of their own in any need. To help this, there is a tradition of paying into a family fund as you come of age. Those who are better at creating will attend the family forges or market stalls until they achieve a measure of success. Those who are better fighting will go out and seek adventure and send money back to the family until their Blood Debt is paid off.
Blund
Blund Forgebreaker has just paid off his Debt and is free to roam as he pleases. He paid it off with a mixture of creating and destroying, developing skills in Magic, Craft, and Trade. His family took him to the local magical academy to get tested for magic, where he discovered his aptitude for Earth Magic. As an adolescent, he apprenticed to his uncle Mirl to learn the Craft of Blacksmithing. After he came of age and started working off his Blood Debt, he was able to develop his skills in Trade.
While growing up in the Forgebreaker Clan, he developed good and bad relationships with other members of my generation. He grew to be friends with one of my cousins, Duth, while also rubbing several other clan members the wrong way. Of the various factions within the Forgebreaker Clan, Blund is of the Main Family. The Branch Family, headed by Broam, is not necessarily out to get him. However, a couple of the Branch Members that is of his generation like to make his life more difficult when they can. Blund butted heads with them growing up in family and city competitions, which snowballed into animosity over the years.
