Daze is a condition with Action Loss effects. Daze could lead to Stun if left untreated.

Causes and Effects

Daze is caused by trauma to the head or mind. Many attacks and spells can daze a character.

Daze has a chance of stunning a character every turn. In combat, the character rolls during the ready phase before selecting a target. Out of combat, the character rolls daze before doing anything else that requires a roll, and if they are stunned they hesitate for around 15 seconds and must roll daze again before their next action.

Severity

Daze severity increases when the daze condition is applied to one who already has it, and decreases when one is healed. Daze severity decreases by 1 when a character sleeps.

Healing

Daze can be healed with potions, spells, or by sleeping.
